Please plan to arrive between 2:00 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. on Monday, October 26th for check in for the conference and hotel. We would like to ensure that you are checked in just in time for our 5:00 p.m. "Meet and Greet" in Latham Hall! We look forward to seeing you very soon in Blacksburg on the campus of Virginia Tech!

All Regional Program Managers who are attending the conference will arrive by 11:30 a.m. on Monday, October 26th for the first session and meeting. All other attendees can begin arriving for check in at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 26th!
